Research what you love. Explore designs in blogs, social media, online magazines. Be sure to save images that really stand out to you. You should also look to your own home for what would or would not fit in.

Bring in photos of your space or home.  Exterior of home, interior shots, the flooring, wall colors, existing items that you want to stay.  The more the better!  This will help us help you on your design and purchasing journey.  Smart Phone, Tablet or print some copies.  All are great.

Decide how your space will be used. Be ready to answer questions from our experts on what problems you're facing right now and what kind of solution you are looking for. Be sure to get the whole family’s input to make sure we’re meeting everyone’s needs.

Know what you have available to you. Bring in a floorplan if you have one or the dimensions of your space you are working.  Many new master planned communities provide floorplans if you ask. Or you can just do it the old-fashioned way & measure.  We do have on file many of the MPC floorplans if you need them.  We are here to help!
